The company was founded in 2007 as a natural continuation of the family business, which has been operating in the baking sector for the second generation. Already in 1982, the family established the first bakery in Kfar Qasem, and then in 1998, the family founded a flour mill (Alnoor Flour Mill) in Kfar Qasem.
